Working and Eating in Provence

When we arrived at our home, the gardens had not been tended for a couple of months.  This called for a rallying of the troops for a working bee.  In Provence, no work without food so we started with breakfast by the pool.

After all that work, we decided it was time for lunch.  There's only one way to go, if you have the chance, and that is in a Deux Chevaux (2CV) Charleston edition with original hounds tooth upholstery.

Lunch was a casual affair, just three courses in 30 degree weather... a hole in the wall really... but the food!

That was yesterday.  Today was a lying about day.  Doing laudry, puttering, not eating much... Those three course lunches take a lot of energy to digest!

Bisous,

Stella

I think that any workday outside calls for breakfast by the pool followed by a three-course lunch! Now if I could only find a cafe that serves a three-course lunch in my neighbourhood.
